Meridith NH: Served as Chief Restructuring Officer for $5 million manufacturer of a consumer product.  Responsibilities included restructure of operation, new financing, and financial reporting.
Scarborough, ME: Served as financial consultant for construction related business with $10 million in revenues. Assisted in taking company through bankruptcy process.
Bath, ME: Served as Chapter 11 bankruptcy trustee in fuel oil business with 11 convenience stores and annual revenues of over $150 million. Operated company, sold all assets resulting in dividend to unsecured creditors. Responsible for all operations, bankruptcy reporting, negotiation of claims in settlement of estate.
Gorham, NH: Served as Chief Restructuring Officer for $300 million fuel oil business with 11 convenience stores and campground operations. Led company in Chapter 11 bankruptcy filing, sold assets to restructure debt, and successfully emerged from bankruptcy.
Norway, ME: Retained as interim CRO and CFO for $25 million manufacturer to reconstruct financial statements, rebuild inventory systems, stabilize vendor and customer relationships, and meet the reporting needs of the secured creditor.  Took company from annual loss of $3 million and broke even in one year through contract negotiation and restructure of management team.  Company eventually sold for $75 million.
Rockland, MA: Retained as court appointed receiver for the collection of accounts receivable. This engagement required forensic accounting in the reconstruction of the customer histories as well as securing records and documents of the borrower.
Rockingham, VT: Retained by secured creditor as receiver for manufacturing plant with real estate, accounts receivable, and inventory.  Responsible for liquidation of all assets for the benefit of the secured creditor.
Portland, ME: Retained as Receiver in the liquidation of assets for a company in the seafood industry. This engagement involved the wind down of the remaining assets of the corporation for the benefit of the creditors.
Hartland, ME: Court appointed Trustee to sell certain real estate assets and pursue preference claims for the benefit of creditors.
Westbrook, ME: Served as Receiver to operate company and liquidate real estate for service business in shareholder dispute.  Successfully sold business and paid secured debt.
Gardiner, ME: Assumed role of Chief Restructuring Officer for $150 million distribution company.  Assisted in stabilization of credit relationships and minimization of operational losses to a break even performance.  Restructured management team.
Sanford, ME: Court appointed trustee to pursue claims against insiders and preference actions for post bankruptcy construction materials provider and manufacturer.  .
South Portland, ME: Court appointed receiver for construction related company.  Responsible for all operations, and assisted with negotiations with Internal Revenue Service and other creditors.
